What do I appreciate about myself? List at least 25 things. Consider, for example, how you care for yourself (even things like brushing your teeth) and for others; your tastes in music, clothing, food, and home decor; and the great passions to which you have committed your time and energy.
When have I faced a challenge and found the strength to rise to the occasion? Describe one example of a difficult situation, your response, and how you handled setbacks to ultimately achieve success or resolution.
Why is self-love important? Identify your own motivation for committing to deepening your self-love.
